For members receiving allotments twice per year, we will ship wine to your door typically in February & September (warm-weather states will have the option of temp-controlled shipping for the Fall Allotment at no extra charge).

3 Shipment per year members will receive a third allotment typically the first week of December.

If you are a “6” or “12” bottle member, you can pick ALL of the wines included in each allotment.

If you are a 3 or 4 bottle per allotment member & would like to upgrade your membership to 6 or 12 bottles so you can pick all your wines, simply email your request.

Yes, you can always add additional wines to your allotment, depending upon availability. You will be able to add wines to your allotment through your online account. If you have questions on any of the wines available online prior to the final date before we charge your card on file, simply call or email Donald, our Club Coordinator.

You will receive a tracking notification via email once the wine club delivery is en route from our Fulfillment Warehouse. Generally, we will attempt to ship your wines shortly after your order is placed. However, in effort to protect your wine, please be aware that your order may be held for ideal weather and shipping conditions.

Please remember an adult signature is required for delivery.

You will be billed typically 2 weeks before we ship your wines to you (the actual “charge date” will be provided in email communications sent out prior to charging your credit card on file).

Please add wineclub@jadavineyard.com to your safe sender’s list in your email account and check your junk folder to ensure you are receiving all communications related to your club membership.

Of course, we want and hope you to stay in our club for many years to come, but your only commitment is the following.

If you join a membership level with twice a year allotments (4, 6, or 12 bottles per allotment), then you can cancel any time after the receipt of two shipments to avoid a cancellation fee.

If you join a membership level with allotments 3 times per year, then you can cancel any time after the receipt of 3 wine club allotments to avoid a cancellation fee.
